Cuvée Celadón (named after celadon green) is a crisp, lively, unoaked dry white wine, defined by clarity and precision. Aromas of citrus, fresh grass and subtle exotic fruit are expressive yet restrained. The finish is lingering and dry, with a distinctive mineral backbone. Like all our wines, Celadón is driven by primary grape aromas rather than secondary aromas derived from fermentation.

An ideal aperitif and a natural partner for seafood, pasta and poultry. Typically based on Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, with some Albariño, the wine is aged on fine lees for around six months and usually released in late spring following the vintage. Ready to drink on release, it will develop gracefully over the following three years and comfortably keep for a further two.
