Quercus and Quinta de Quercus represent the pinnacle of our work: parcel selections produced only in strong vintages and in very limited quantities from the finest parcels of our estate.

These wines explore the full potential of our high-altitude, continental landscape, showing how elegance, freshness and longevity can emerge from a demanding environment. Yields are low, farming is organic and exacting, and winemaking is sensitive and restrained. The aim is not power, but precision, depth and a clear sense of place.

Only grapes that meet our highest expectations are selected, and only when conditions allow something genuinely exceptional to be made. In the years when these wines are produced, a dedicated team vinifies between 50,000 and 100,000 kilos of grapes in a separate cellar designed for maximum care and control.
