Quercus and Quinta de Quercus represent the pinnacle of our work: single-vineyard selections produced only in strong vintages and in very limited quantities from the finest parcels of our estate.

These wines explore the full potential of our high-altitude, continental landscape, showing how elegance, freshness, and longevity can emerge from a demanding environment. Yields are low, farming is organic and exacting, and winemaking is sensitive and restrained. The aim is not power, but precision, depth, and a clear sense of place.

Only grapes that meet our highest expectations are selected, and only when conditions allow something genuinely exceptional to be made. Production typically ranges between 50,000 and 100,000 kilos per year, handled by a dedicated team in a separate cellar designed for maximum care and control.
