We grow and make serious wines in Uclés, in the Castilian highlands of Cuenca, far from the spotlight. Our vineyards lie outside the familiar map of Spanish wine: higher altitude, lower yields and cooler nights.
This is not the flat, hot “La Mancha” of mass-market lore and poorly informed wine books. It is a different landscape of rolling hills, ancient oaks and wines defined by freshness, clarity and fine texture.
